Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Florida Master Licensed Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both horizontal construction and commercial building construction, with a strong understanding of electrical systems installation, project management, and code compliance.
Duties
- Oversee and perform electrical installations for commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Manage electrical work associated with horizontal construction, including underground utilities, site lighting, traffic signal systems, and related infrastructure.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, Florida Building Code, OSHA regulations, and local jurisdiction requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and other trades.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain project schedules, material procurement, and job-site documentation.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Current Florida Master Electrician License (Required).
- Minimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience.
Proven experience in:
- Commercial building construction.
- Horizontal/site development construction.
- Underground electrical distribution systems.
- Site lighting and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, Florida electrical codes, and permitting requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Large-scale commercial developments.
- Municipal or public infrastructure projects.
- Design-build projects.
- Estimating and project management experience.
- Experience coordinating with utility providers and AHJs.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
