Harrison Richards, a boutique real estate company located in Ardmore, is looking for an outgoing, reliable person to join our leasing team! This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, social media, and customer service.
This part-time position is approximately 10–20 hours per week, with a focus on weekend availability and one weekday. We offer flexible weekday scheduling.
What You'll Do:
- Give apartment tours and assist prospective residents with the leasing process
- Create fun, engaging content for our TikTok and Instagram
- Help with marketing initiatives and day-to-day tasks at our communities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for prospective residents
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram content creation
- Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Available weekends with flexibility for weekday hours
- Interest in real estate, marketing, or business is a plus
