As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help individuals strengthen communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic skills by:
Conducting comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Developing individualized treatment plans that support meaningful communication and independence
Providing engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings
Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as individuals achieve goals
Collaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
Educating families and caregivers to support carryover beyond therapy sessions
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Expand your clinical expertise while working alongside experienced clinicians in areas such as:
Pediatric feeding and swallowing therapy
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
Community-based speech therapy services
Telehealth therapy
Interdisciplinary treatment planning with Occupational and Physical Therapy
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Arizona SLP license (or license eligibility)
Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is welcomed
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for community visits
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence through communication
Up to $51/hour, based on experience
Up to $10,000 Sign-On or Relocation Bonus
