We're a residential builder looking for a reliable installer or small crew to finish the exterior on a new single-story home (~1,000 sq ft) near Manchester. All materials are already on site — this is labor only; you just install.
It's a clean, straightforward job: new construction so there's no tear-off or hauling, the housewrap is already up, furring strips are on site, and it's a simple single-story gable.
What you'll do
- Install metal roofing (~1,000 sq ft)
- Install siding over furring strips
- Soffit and fascia
- Set posts for two porches
- Add foundation anchor bolts to code (~6 ft apart)
Pay: $5,000.00 per day
