Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) New York - Remote

At Attuned ABA we provide high quality individualized ABA services to children and families across New York. We are looking for experienced BCBAs who are confident managing cases independently and want to focus on meaningful clinical work in a fully remote setting.
This role is best suited for BCBAs who are comfortable managing the full clinical cycle from assessment through treatment planning supervision parent training and ongoing program updates while working closely with families and other providers.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for the clinical direction of your caseload including assessments treatment planning supervision of BTs parent training and ongoing case management.
This is a remote position serving clients throughout New York.
Compensation
$95 to $110 per hour
Caseload
5 to 10 clients
Initial assessments about 8 hours per client
Ongoing weekly services per client:
2 hours supervision
2 hours parent training
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Complete clinical reports and documentation
- Develop treatment plans and individualized goals
- Create behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Supervise Behavior Technicians BTs
Qualifications Required
- BCBA certification
- Active New York LBA license
- At least 2 years of BT experience before becoming a BCBA
- Experience completing assessments and writing treatment plans
- Experience starting cases from intake rather than only taking over existing programs
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- In network with Medicaid
Familiar with tools such as:
- VB MAPP
- AFLS
- ABLLS R
- BASC
- Vineland

Credentialing Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- New York LBA license
- NPI number
- Insurance participation details including Medicaid and Aetna if applicable
Credentialing typically takes 2 to 3 months if not already in network. We support onboarding and credentialing after hire.
