What You’ll Do
- Provide perioperative care for cardiovascular surgical patients
- Circulate and assist during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and equipment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety throughout procedures
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS required (AHA or Red Cross)
- Minimum 2 year Operating Room RN experience required
- ADN or higher in Nursing (BSN required within 5 years if ADN is highest degree held)
Schedule & Requirements
Full-time | Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Rotating weekends and On call
Holiday Requirement:
Rotating holiday schedule including major winter and summer holidays
