Strickler is looking for an Agricultural Relationship Manager to grow relationships in the farming community and help protect what our neighbors have built.
Location: Carlisle / Chambersburg + surrounding ag communities
Great fit if you have:
- Hands-on farm background or strong experience working with ag producers
- Relationship-building / sales experience (insurance experience a plus—we’ll teach you the coverage!)
- A presence in the community and a follow-through mindset
What you’ll do:
- Build and grow an ag book through community-based relationship selling
- Support and service a portion of an established farm/agri-business book
- Create cross-sell opportunities across crop + farm/ag coverages

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
