Job Description
Soccer Zone USA is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position works directly with our customers by phone and email, assisting with orders, answering product questions, providing updates on job and order status, and helping resolve customer issues.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple customer needs while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
This is a full-time, 100% on-site position at our Pompton Plains, New Jersey location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

Soccer Zone USA is one of the largest soccer specialty team uniform providers in the country, supplying thousands of custom soccer uniforms to youth players each year.
We work with soccer clubs, teams, coaches, parents, and players to provide uniforms, apparel, equipment, screen printing, embroidery, and other custom products.
Our customer service team plays an important role in keeping customers informed and making sure they receive a great experience from the time an order is placed through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
- Assist customers with placing and managing orders
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, job issues, and updates
- Answer questions about products, sizing, availability, and ordering
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and order issues
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Follow up with customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Provide product information and assist customers with purchasing decisions
- Communicate with our sales, production, and warehouse teams regarding customer orders
- Enter and update customer and order information accurately
- Learn our products, ordering systems, and internal processes
- Assist with additional customer service and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality
- Strong email, written, verbal, and in-person communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
- Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service or order-entry experience is preferred but not required.
