As our Clinical Director, you'll lead all clinical operations at the branch — supervising the interdisciplinary team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the quality of care delivered to every patient and family we serve. Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in good standing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior management or supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare required.
- Hospice leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification (in-person training required).
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance (required)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all direct and indirect patient care delivered by the clinical team.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Clinical Managers and team coordinators.
- Partner with the Executive Director on budgeting, staffing, and branch operations.
- Analyze census trends and clinical data to anticipate staffing and resource needs.
- Hire, evaluate, and develop clinical staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
- Oversee clinical documentation, records, and full compliance with state, federal, and CHAP standards.
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and quarterly in-service training for clinical staff.
- Drive performance improvement, productivity, and safety initiatives.
- Represent Moments Hospice in the local healthcare community to support referral growth.
- Step in as Executive Director/Administrator in their absence with full delegated authority.
