Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates across technical, executive, campus, and internal roles.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and candidates through cold calling, social media management, relationship management techniques, and research to generate leads and fill open positions swiftly.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations by leveraging skills in interviewing, employment & labor law compliance, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure quality placements.
- Manage talent pipelines for succession planning and lead generation initiatives to support long-term organizational growth.
- Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS systems like Salesforce or ADP to track recruitment metrics, employee data, and contract details.
- Support HR functions including employee contracts, performance reviews, employee relations issues, and compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
