We are expanding our Quantum Fiber campaign and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative in Orlando.
As streaming, gaming, remote work, smart home technology, and connected devices continue to shape everyday life, reliable internet service has become more important than ever. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to introduce Quantum Fiber services, explain available promotions, and help identify internet solutions that best fit their needs.
This is a full-time, in-person role that combines customer engagement, communication, and sales. The Entry Level Sales Representative position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning valuable skills, and working in a sales environment where effort and achievement are recognized.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Meet directly with customers in assigned locations throughout the Orlando area
- Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, plans, promotions, and account options
- Explain internet speeds, service features, pricing, installation details, and available offers
- Help customers compare solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs
- Assist with enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates
- Answer questions regarding internet services, installation timelines, billing, and account features
- Build positive customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment information, and sales activity
- Contribute to customer acquisition efforts and daily performance goals
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
- Prior Entry Level Sales Representative experience is a plus

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
