Part-Time Property Manager – Durham/Raleigh, NC
- Manage 9–14 scattered single-family rental homes in the NC Triangle area.
- Handle all property management, leasing, tenant placement, in-person showings, inspections, maintenance coordination, collections, securing cost-effective vendors and other tasks related to processing rental properties
- Negotiate pricing for work orders and property turns to optimize profitability
- Troubleshoot / solve basic tenant maintenance issues when possible.
- Operate independently in 1099 position using AppFolio (paperless system for our leasing, screening, marketing, and documentation).
- Remote role, but requires in person showings showings, inspections, evictions, etc.
- Ideal for someone already managing other units and seeking to build more or seeking flexible, supplemental income. Not a full-time income and not ideal for someone working a demanding full-time job.
- Must reside in the NC Triangle area.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month
