Jeff Gottesman State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our South Philadelphia agency. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingual ability is preferred—not required.
What You'll Do
Build relationships with new and existing customers through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up.

Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other State Farm insurance products.

Conduct policy reviews and recommend personalized coverage based on each customer's needs.

Cross-sell multiple product lines to better protect customers and their families.

Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and follow up to convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Deliver outstanding customer service that generates referrals, retention, and repeat business.

Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals while contributing to agency growth.

Licensing Requirements
Insurance licensing is required.
Property & Casualty license is required prior to your start date.

Life & Health license must be obtained after starting with agency support.

What We're Looking For
Sales-minded professional with strong relationship-building and closing skills.

Previous insurance, retail, banking, or consultative sales experience preferred.

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Passion for helping customers and serving the local community.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
