Job Details:
Position: Warehouse Associate/Delivery DriverLocation: Hilton, NY
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence – Safely deliver large-ticket items including swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, and patio furniture, ensuring the final step of delivery exceeds customer expectations
- Warehouse Operations – Assist with receiving, stocking, transferring merchandise between locations, and maintaining accurate inventory counts
- Vehicle Operation – Safely operate box trucks, pickup trucks with trailers, and forklifts
- Loading & Unloading – Actively load and unload products at warehouse docks and customer sites
- Vehicle Care – Maintain clean, organized, and safe work vehicles at all times
- Additional Support – Assist with off-site show setup and takedown, basic sales support, phone calls, warranty handling, and completing required paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Successful completion of DOT medical certification, if required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers during deliveries
- Preferred experience driving box trucks and pickup trucks with trailers
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50–100 pounds repeatedly
- Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
Position Details:

- Season: March/April to November
- Hours: Monday–Friday, some Weekends
- Winter Months: Due to the seasonal nature of our business, team members typically go on unemployment during the winter. Team members with exceptional performance secure a spot for the following season.
Compensation & Benefits:
