Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional care for children and oversee household operations in a warm, organized, and nurturing environment. Duties
- Provide attentive and engaging childcare for children across multiple age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with preschool activities, developmental play, and educational outings to foster growth and curiosity
- Ensure safety by implementing first aid and CPR procedures when necessary; maintain a safe environment at all times
- Support children with special needs or disabilities through personalized care plans and adaptive activities
- Manage household chores such as cleaning, laundry, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy living space
- Coordinate personal transportation for children to appointments, school, or extracurricular activities
- Oversee household schedules, appointments, and errands to keep daily routines running smoothly
- Handle grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation to ensure the family’s nutritional needs are met efficiently
- Provide caregiving support that includes infant care routines like feeding, diapering, sleep schedules, and developmental milestones
Experience
- Proven nanny experience working with children of various ages, especially infants and toddlers
- Experience managing households in private home settings with responsibilities like cleaning and organizing
- Prior work with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience in childcare environments such as daycare centers or babysitting roles involving multiple children
- Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle childcare duties independently while managing household tasks effectively
- Strong background in nannying or household management roles within private residences
