Job Summary
In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles ensuring optimal operation.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including brakes, shocks & struts.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure peak performance.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
- May include occasional engine or transmission work
Skills
- Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), auto electrical systems, and auto body repair techniques.
- Skilled in using automotive diagnostics software and schematics for accurate troubleshooting.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines including oil changes and general mechanical systems repair.
- Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus.
- Excellent hand tool proficiency combined with the ability to operate power tools safely.
- Service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards for automotive service.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
