ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a relationship-driven sales position. You’ll work directly with homeowners, helping them understand their options and navigate the roofing process by:
- Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs
- Walking customers through solutions, materials, and timelines
- Scheduling and coordinating inspections with our production team
- Supporting homeowners through the insurance claim process
- Continuing your development through ongoing coaching and mentorship
Success in this role comes from professionalism, consistency, and building trust.
COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT
- Sales Representatives: $6,000 - $12,000 per month
- Roofing Specialists: $9,000 - $18,000 per month
- Sales Leadership: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leadership: $350,000+ annually
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. Growth is performance-driven and earned through results.
