Maintenance Technician – Property Management
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Range: $24–$28 per hour
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations for a multifamily property. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience and a solid understanding of building systems, including basic boiler knowledge.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance for building systems, equipment, and common areas.
•
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
•
Monitor and maintain boiler systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
•
Coordinate with property management to prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance.
•
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory.
•
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
•
2–3 years of general maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial properties.
•
Working knowledge of boiler systems preferred.
•
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
•
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond to emergencies as needed.
•
Commitment to safety and excellent communication skills.
