**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. **Duties:** - Provide exceptional guest services by being knowledgeable about our menu, making recommendations, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages. - Take orders accurately and efficiently, using Aloha POS systems. - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy. - Handle cash and credit transactions, making change as needed. - Upsell and promote our products and services to increase sales and revenue. - Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient service. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures. - Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even during busy periods. **Skills:** - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. - Proficiency in using Aloha POS systems. - Experience in the food industry, with a strong understanding of culinary practices and food safety. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to provide assistance and help to other team members when needed. - Strong sales skills and an understanding of how to upsell and promote products and services. - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume dining environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Commitment to providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience.
