Duties

- Promoted a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to responsible alcohol service practices.
- Managed inventory and restocked bar supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
- Partnered closely with kitchen and event staff to coordinate food and beverage service for catering functions, banquets, and special events, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast familiarity with cashiering and food handling is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts confidently without compromising service quality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
