What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Technician at ASAP Vet, you'll be an essential part of our medical team, helping provide exceptional care to dogs and cats when they need us most.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting veterinarians with exams and treatments
- Monitoring and caring for hospitalized patients
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting samples and performing laboratory testing
- Obtaining patient histories and recording accurate medical records
- Educating and supporting clients with compassion and professionalism
- Helping maintain an efficient, organized, and positive workflow
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Has previous experience working as a Veterinary Technician (required)
- Is compassionate, dependable, and motivated
- Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Communicates professionally with clients and coworkers
- Takes pride in providing outstanding patient care
- Enjoys learning and continuing to grow professionally
Urgent care or emergency experience is a plus, but we're happy to help the right candidate build those skills.
