Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative content creator who can capture what makes Tease special and turn it into polished, engaging, personality-filled content that people want to watch, follow, and be part of.
- Responsibilities
- Create and film engaging content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Capture hair transformations, salon life, team personalities, education and behind-the-scenes moments
- Develop fun, relatable and trend-driven content that fits the Tease brand
- Help create a more polished and consistent look and voice across our social media
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms
- Write engaging captions and schedule posts
- Direct stylists and team members during filming to get natural, confident content
- Bring fresh content ideas and trends to the team each week
- Track engagement and identify what types of content are performing best
- Help grow brand awareness, engagement and our local social media following
Experience
Professional experience is a plus, but not required. We’re open to students, interns, and emerging creators with a strong eye for social media and a passion for creating great content.
- Comfortable creating content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Experience filming and editing short-form video using CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and engaging content
- Creative eye for photography, video, branding, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable capturing and directing people on camera
- Able to create content that feels polished, fun, and authentic
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or local business content experience is a plus
- Photography or graphic design skills are a bonus
- Personal social media content, school projects, or a portfolio can be used to demonstrate experience
