Key Responsibilities:

Support Operational Excellence: Assist in daily floor operations, guest services, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Customer Experience Champion: Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, while creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

Team Support & Training: Help train, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver high-quality service with energy and enthusiasm.

Scheduling & Shift Oversight: Manage team schedules and ensure proper staffing levels for high-traffic periods, parties, and events.

Event & Party Coordination: Help plan and execute birthday parties, group events, and special promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Supplies: Assist with ordering, stocking, and managing inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Technology & Tools: Use POS systems, scheduling apps, and other tools to track performance and support operational needs.

Facility Standards: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all play and common areas in compliance with company standards.

Marketing Support: Participate in local outreach and assist with social media and in-store promotions to attract and retain guests.

Leadership Backup: Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is off-site, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or family entertainment.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage fast-paced operations.

Familiarity with POS systems, basic scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role within a service-based business.

Experience in children’s entertainment or birthday/event coordination.

Comfortable using basic social media for business promotion.

Bilingual skills a plus.
