We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Administrative Assistant / Communications Coordinator to support daily office operations, employee communications, recruiting activities, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors and incoming callers professionally.
- Maintain reception desk coverage and support office operations.
- Process mail, maintain records, and perform general clerical duties.
- Create, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Facilitate applicant assessments through the ATS system.
- Support leaders and employees with administrative and project-based tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of computer proficiency and technical aptitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM and 10-key proficiency.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment
Primarily an office-based position with occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs.) and limited outdoor exposure.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
