Typical hours between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and role fit)

10% annual bonus opportunity (paid quarterly)

A Day in the Role

Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
-
Work within a play-based classroom setting

Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans

Model strategies during real-time teaching

Review data and monitor student progress

Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team
