We're looking for an experienced post-acute healthcare leader who wants to make a meaningful impact beyond direct patient care.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced nursing leader or healthcare administrator who enjoys building relationships, educating others, and improving patient outcomes.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.
Rather than selling a product, you'll educate healthcare leaders on how The Rose Program improves quality of life, enhances communication, reduces avoidable hospitalizations, and supports value-based care initiatives.
You'll work directly with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, regional leadership, physicians, and executive teams to expand access to compassionate, patient-centered palliative care.
This role combines clinical expertise, relationship building, education, and strategic growth to help transform how serious illness is managed in the post-acute setting.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, physicians, hospitals, and healthcare leaders.
- Educate executive and clinical leadership teams on The Rose Program and the value of proactive palliative care.
- Identify opportunities to expand access to palliative care throughout your assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
- Coordinate successful onboarding and implementation of new facility partnerships.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to ensure successful program implementation.
- Represent The Rose Program at healthcare conferences, networking events, and professional associations.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to better serve patients and partner communities.

Qualifications
- Experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to executive and clinical leadership teams
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
