Table 33 is a full-service lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch concept. Lucho is elevating from a fast casual mezcal and espresso bar serving tacos, burritos, and bowls to a full-service lunch and dinner concept serving Mexican-inspired dishes.
Position Overview
- Front of House staff members represent the image and function of the restaurants as the initial interaction point for our guests. Responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their seats, providing top level service, and fostering a friendly, courteous atmosphere.
- Servers and Bartenders should have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, including the menu, wine choices, and specials. They should offer suggestions, upsell items for an improved dining experience, address and respectfully resolve any guest concerns promptly, and refer significant issues to management when needed.
- Employees are expected to adhere to top standards of service, maintain hygiene and safety guidelines, and observe all restaurant protocols. Accurate handling of cash, credit cards, and gift cards during transactions is also required.
- Cooperation with kitchen staff is essential to ensure prompt and consistent delivery of orders while communicating any problems or customer feedback to management.
- A collaborative spirit is key as you will be part of a team striving to deliver exceptional service to our patrons. You will also uphold the restaurant’s policies, dress code, behavioral expectations, and maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Preference will be given to those with at least 2 years of experience in quality dining establishments, though comprehensive training is provided for suitable candidates.
- Familiarity with wine pairings and mixology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and dependable transportation are required!
- The role demands resilience in a dynamic setting, an ability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously, and adherence to complex instructions.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 25lbs, standing for prolonged periods, and tolerating varying temperatures.
- Availability and flexibility are necessary, including the willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
