MULTIFAMILY APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED

About Us:

Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our new and beautiful property, Tesla Park Apartments, located in Wilmington, NC. What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations: Maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
Handle general repairs: Ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prepare apartments for new tenants: Create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
Conduct preventive maintenance: Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $20 to $22 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
