Member Duties : As a Childcare Planning Specialist, you will work directly with parents and caregivers to develop personalized childcare plans, access subsidies, and connect to resources like transportation, housing, and employment. You will serve as a trusted advocate to help families move toward greater stability and opportunity. 1) Meet with families to understand their childcare needs and what support they qualify for. 2) Help build personalized childcare and family plans based on each family's schedule, budget, and location. 3) Guide families through childcare subsidy applications and provider systems. 4) Connect families to wraparound resources such as transportation, housing, or job support. 5) Follow up regularly to track family progress and ensure childcare plans remain in place. 6) Maintain accurate, confidential records of family interactions and outcomes. 7) Support community outreach and engagement efforts related to family support.
