Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active LPN license (required)
- Recent LPN experience required
- Skilled nursing or hospital experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- BLS/CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination card
- Immunization records
- Updated resume
