Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- College Diploma in Construction Management or related field preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and MRP systems
- Ability to learn how to read shop drawings, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and diagrams
- Good math skills required
- Ability to work well with other ATI employees, owners, architects and general contractors
- Ability to learn new products in a fast paced environment

Working Conditions:
Essential Duties:
- Find projects to bid on by working with existing General Contractors and researching using bid programs
- Respond to Invitations to Bid
- Submit substitution requests as necessary
- Perform accurate take-offs
- Follow up with GC’s to get feedback on pricing
- Maintain a list of all projects bid and their value using the ERP/MRP Quoting Module
