We're looking to hire a maintenance crew lead position. As a crew lead you must know how to efficiently coordinate your crew to complete your route with top quality service. Customer service skills and communication are an absolute must.
Requirements:
- You must be able to drive a truck with a trailer confidently and have a clean driver's history. (We will ensure this)
- Be able to check in and answer to property and HOA managers.
- Make efficient decisions to get the work done
- Basic mechanical knowledge to inspect all equipment daily and repair or report issues to your superior.
- Manage your crew to keep equipment, truck, and trailer clean and in the best shape.
- Pesticides application license or training is preferred but not required.
