We have a new job opportunity for Customer Service Call Center Representative. Call center experience is not necessary, but customer service is a must. Candidate will be working in a call center environment, and will be trained for 2 weeks regarding the product line.
Location: Millville NJ
Hours: 8:15AM-5:00PM
Hourly Rate: $18.00
Job duties:
-Answering phone calls in a professional manner
-Answering questions regarding warranty on products
-Trouble shooting products
-Answering overall questions regarding online products
-Entering information into SAP
Qualified Candidates must have:
-Prior Customer Service experience
-Experience using MS Word and Email
-Good data entry skills
-Good phone etiquette
-Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
-Criminal background screening is required
