Home Most Days | Night Shift | $1,500–$2,000 Weekly Gross (top drivers can exceed $2,000) Full-time W-2 with FULL Benefits!

- OTR: This is Mileage-Based. We KEEP you profitable
Pay & Compensation
- $1,500–$2,200 weekly gross average
- $150–$500 per load based on destination
Zone-Based Pay Structure: Paid Per Load!
- Greater Pay for More Miles! Drive More, EARN more
- Backhauls pay 25% of the load revenue
- Consistent, customer-based freight with scheduled appointment times
- Year-round freight = steady, predictable income
Schedule & Home Time
- Home 3 times per week
- Night shift (3rd shift) runs
- Freight available 7 days a week (flexibility, not required to work all 7)
Equipment
- Newer trucks (2019 and newer)

Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A (Clean driving record for 2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills with dispatch and team
- Safety-focused and patient driver mindset
- Takes pride in maintaining equipment and keeping trucks in top condition
- Professional attitude and reliability
- No Felonies or Failed Drug Tests - application will not be considered
- Must Have A Minimum of 2 Years Recent Verifiable CDL Experience
Wage Range: 1500.00 - 2200.00 per week
