Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who wants to be part of a big extended family to
join our team. As a team lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
operation of our kitchen and focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will
be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including closing duties
● Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as
needed
● Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
● Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely
manner
● Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are
met
● Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency
and profitability
● Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and guidelines
● Assist in the assembly and preparation of pizzas, salads, and other menu items
● Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food prep area
● Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
● Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering the phone and taking orders
Requirements:
● Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant industry
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
● Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
● Proficiency in basic math and POS systems
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) as needed
