We are currently searching for one full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Division. Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:
-
Commercial maintenance in office buildings.
-
Preventative maintenance.
-
Grounds maintenance.
-
Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting.

Customer service.
-
Rotating On-Call.

May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, iinsured transportation.

High School Diploma/GED.
-
Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
