Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Selector, Stocker, Receiving, and Replenishment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, maintaining optimal stock levels through replenishment activities, and ensuring efficient receiving processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in inventory management, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment. Responsibilities
- Select and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and inventory control systems with precision and efficiency.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document discrepancies accurately.
- Replenish stock shelves or storage areas to ensure product availability and optimal merchandising.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory management practices.
- Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping or storage while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with warehouse maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Support retail sales activities by stocking produce or other merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across departments including shipping & receiving, merchandising, and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and resolve issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or retail stocking roles.
- Proficiency with RF scanners, inventory control systems, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock handling and documentation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams or customers.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly across departments.
- Knowledge of retail math, grocery store operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and merchandising best practices.
- Ability to operate machinery safely while adhering to maintenance schedules.
- Customer service orientation combined with retail sales experience is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills can enhance team collaboration in diverse work environments.
