HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst - Administrative Support to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Program Manager to develop reports and briefings.
- Schedule, Organize, prepare literature, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution.
- Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines.
- Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking.
- Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.
- Track budgets, estimates, and procurements.
- Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Current active DoD Security Clearance.
- MS Project Experience.
Compensation Range
- Salary - $50k-$70k
