Strategic Placement Partners is hiring on behalf of our client, the world's largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment and systems. This is a true field service role: you'll travel to customer sites across the Dallas area to diagnose, repair, and maintain automated conveyor and car wash equipment — with strong pay, paid drive time, and a company that actually invests in its techs.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for technicians with real, hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system failures on automated equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled service
- Replacing motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, valves, switches, belts, and chains
- Reading wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals
- Using meters and diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues fast
- Training customers on equipment operation
- Documenting service work accurately and maintaining strong customer relationships
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of hands-on mechanical repair experience
- Experience troubleshooting industrial or commercial equipment
- Comfort working across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Confidence working independently in the field
