We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, beauty trends, and exceptional client service. This role involves creating personalized haircuts, color treatments, and styling solutions while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Experience with coloring, cuts and blowouts is required. The successful stylist will also help with upselling products, and managing client relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction. This position has tremendous potential for growth and a clientele or book of clients is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide hair styling services including blowouts, coloring, cuts and special treatments. (Must have knowledge, additional training will be provided).
- Utilize salon software such as Meevo for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles and products based on client needs.
- Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience.
- Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and beauty treatments.
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license only
- Experience in hair styling, coloring, cuts and customer service.
- Strong understanding of color theory, sanitation practices, and store management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling effectively while maintaining professionalism.

- This is a comission based position and we offer a competitive comission plan!
Pay: $1,374.49 - $1,584.85 per week
