Position Summary:
The Cook at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to ensure high-quality meals are served to our clients. This role involves maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, while also contributing to the menu development and kitchen efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and client preferences, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, bringing creativity and innovation to the culinary offerings.

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and operational.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor food storage and waste, implementing measures to minimize loss and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school training is a plus.

CPR Certification
Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
