Exodus Recovery is looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor for our Housing and Enhanced Service Programs located in Los Angeles, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ clinical supervisors to provide clinical consultation, clinical documentation quality assurance and clinical supervision for unlicensed/waivered clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services for clients in Exodus programs under contract/certification from various funding sources and contracts, including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Third Party Private Insurance, and Indigent or no funding. The Clinical Supervisor shall facilitate direct clinical supervision to assigned supervisees/programs within the scope of their license and the requirements of the respective licensing board (e.g. Board of Behavioral Sciences) for the purposes of ensuring clinically sound client services and licensure preparation for unlicensed clinicians. Furthermore, they will conduct quality assurance review of clinical documentation and program staff clinical consultations to ensure contract compliance via Multidisciplinary Teams meetings and etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years clinical experience in the mental health field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
Current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist.
Ability to meet requirements to maintain license every renewal period as applicable.
Minimum of 2 years post license experience.
Supervision experience of trainees and interns.
EDUCATION:
- Master’s Degree or higher in a mental health related field required.
- Current CA license as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist and current Continuing Education for maintenance of license in good standing as applicable.
- Current CPR Certification required and current CPI Certification preferred.
Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
