HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview
This position is focused on service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in the Miami area. Additionally, in this role, the technician will be charged with signing PMAs (Service Plans) and delivering replacement leads to our comfort advisor(s).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Accurately document work performed and complete service tickets.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Installation experience is a plus, but this role is primarily focused on service and repairs.
- Must be fluent in English
