Apartment Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a hands-on Apartment Maintenance Technician who has a solid foundation in maintenance and is eager to learn, build their skills, and grow with a team.
You’ll be responsible for keeping the property, apartments, and common areas in great condition. This is a jack-of-all-trades type of role, so experience in multiple areas is a big plus.
What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance work orders and prepare vacant units for new residents
- Install vinyl plank flooring
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Handle drywall repairs, painting, and general apartment turnover work
- Assist with property upkeep and cleaning between vendor visits
- Move between occupied units, vacant apartments, and common areas as needed
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every other week
Skills & Experience
Experience or working knowledge in any of the following is highly valued:
- Vinyl plank flooring installation
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Appliances
- Drywall
- Painting
- General apartment/property maintenance
Multifamily property maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to consider someone with strong hands-on skills, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
