Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Co Store Manager to lead daily operations in partnership with another manager at our Manassas location. In this shared leadership role, you will work collaboratively to drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Both managers will share responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations while dividing key duties to maximize efficiency and coverage.
Location: 9223 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20110
Pay: $18.00/per hour (averaging 40 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in partnership with co-manager, ensuring adherence to Marco's Pizza standards and procedures
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff, promoting a positive and productive team environment
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and customer service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare and review sales reports, labor costs, and food costs; take corrective action when necessary
- Execute local marketing efforts and maintain community engagement
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Enforce company policies and ensure accountability among team members
- Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with co-manager to ensure seamless operations and consistent leadership presence
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in inventory management and understanding of restaurant operations
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to better serve our diverse community
- Must reside within 25 miles of the location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
