A Cut Above The Rest Lawn Maintenance, LLC is currently hiring an experienced Lawn & Landscape Crew Leader / Truck Driver to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working leader with experience in both commercial and residential lawn and landscape maintenance.
The ideal candidate must have experience operating a large non-CDL truck and trailer combination, supervising a crew, and maintaining high-quality work standards on customer properties.
This is a full-time, year-round position with overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Drive and operate company truck and trailer safely
- Lead lawn maintenance crews
- Perform commercial and residential lawn & landscape maintenance
- Ensure properties are serviced professionally and efficiently
- Maintain equipment and ensure crew safety standards are followed
- Communicate with management and customers professionally
Requirements
- Prior commercial lawn and landscape maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Experience driving a large non-CDL truck and trailer combo REQUIRED
- Ability to lead and manage a crew
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $750–$950 per week PLUS overtime
