We are hiring Flaggers for data center construction sites in Temple, TX. This is steady, full-time, outdoor work supporting secure and safe job sites.
If you show up on time, follow rules, and can work outside, this is a reliable job with consistent hours and growth potential.

What This Job Is
- Working gates, doors, checkpoints, and road access points
- Allowing entry only to authorized personnel
- Politely stopping unauthorized access
- Flagging traffic and directing vehicles and pedestrians
- Giving clear instructions and directions
- Working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or wind
- Standing or sitting in one location for long periods
- Early start schedule
- 3 days on / 4 days off 13.5 hour shifts
This is not a desk job
This is not patrol security
This is routine, repetitive, outdoor work

- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
