Job Summary
Supports the General Manager in running the location day to day — leading the team, protecting service standards, and helping manage operations and costs.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training

Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and help control food and labor costs

Ensure compliance with food-safety and brand standards

Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting

Resolve escalated guest issues

Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence
Qualifications
-
1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience

Must be 18+
-
Leadership, organization, and basic understanding of cost/P&L controls

ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Flexible, open availability
