Fixi Handyman Services is a growing home-services company serving the Katy and Houston area, handling everything from small repairs to larger handyman and remodeling projects. We win by showing up on time, scoping work accurately, and giving every customer a clear, honest quote. We're looking for a driven Sales Representative / Estimator to meet with customers, price jobs, and close work.
The Role
You'll be the face of Fixi in the field — meeting prospective customers, assessing their projects, building accurate estimates, and closing the sale. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to read a job, price it confidently, and turn an estimate into booked work. What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective customers (in-home and virtually) to assess project scope
- Measure, photograph, and document job requirements accurately
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and quotes
- Present pricing options (Good / Better / Best) and clearly communicate value to close the sale
- Follow up promptly on leads and open quotes to maximize conversion
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (HouseCall Pro / GoHighLevel)
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and field technicians to confirm scope, materials, and scheduling
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build relationships and generate repeat business and referrals
Qualifications (Required)
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in home services, construction, or the trades
- Ability to accurately scope and estimate home-repair and handyman projects
- Strong closing, communication, and customer-relationship skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (role requires site visits)
- Comfortable using CRM and estimating software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of construction, remodeling, or home-repair trades
- Experience with HouseCall Pro and/or GoHighLevel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Existing network or referral base in the Houston / Katy area
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$35/hour, 10–30% commission
- Uncapped commission — your earnings grow with your sales
- On-target earnings: $100,000+/year

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday with some evening/weekend availability for customer appointments
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
