- Prepare all materials and activities in advance so they are ready for the following day.
- Keep the child actively engaged and limit unnecessary screen time.
- Observe developmental progress and communicate meaningful updates to the parents.

Meal Planning and Preparation
- Plan, prepare, and serve balanced, highly nutritious meals and snacks for the toddler.
- Prioritize fresh, wholesome foods rather than sugary snacks or convenience foods.
- Maintain awareness of appropriate toddler portions, choking hazards, and food safety.
- Use the fully equipped family kitchen and keep it clean after meal preparation.
- Maintain a running list of groceries or supplies needed for the child’s meals and activities. Parents will purchase all approved ingredients and materials.

Beginning around mid-November:
- Assist with evening newborn care through midnight.
- Support feeding, burping, diapering, soothing, settling, and safe sleep routines.
- Help clean and organize bottles, feeding supplies, and newborn-care items.
